The Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the UAE’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) has granted Curtin University’s campus in Dubai its initial institutional licence on 09 January 2025. The awarding of this institutional licence signifies that the Dubai campus of Curtin University is recognised at the federal level in the UAE.

This MOHESR accreditation process occurs in two stages.
- Stage one – Institutional Licensure, which was successfully obtained in January 2025.
