Curtin Dubai’s virtual open days are never complete without a webinar that aims to teach students about life skills and opportunities. This month, the university held two webinars on ‘Cyber-security’ and ‘How to make the Most of Online Learning during COVID-19’.

The session on ‘Cyber-security’ was conducted by Salih Ismail, Program Coordinator – School of Information Technology, and focused on the importance of cyber-security and career opportunities in the field as a result of the current pandemic. The session on online learning was conducted by Daniel Adkins, CEO of Curtin Dubai’s Education Management Services Provider, who explained the transition to online learning during COVID 19, how to seamlessly adapt to a virtual classroom, and the innovations that Curtin Dubai has introduced to ensure learning is never disrupted at the university.

The university will be hosting its next virtual open night on 20th August from 10 AM to 8 PM. To attend, you can register your interest by emailing us at [email protected]
