Curtin’s global reputation for high-impact research, combined with Dubai’s dynamic innovation ecosystem, provides a unique environment for doctoral candidates to thrive. Under the guidance of expert supervisors from both Curtin Dubai and Curtin’s main campus in Australia, you’ll design and complete an independent research project that meets international academic standards.

Fully Funded Research Studentships
Applications are now open for fully funded research studentships in Engineering, Psychology, and Management.
This is an opportunity for outstanding candidates to pursue advanced research with full financial support, access to academic supervision, and funding to support project-related research activity.
Selected candidates will receive a full tuition fee scholarship for the duration of the studentship, along with an annual stipend of AUD 35,000 to cover living expenses. Additionally, candidates can apply for up to AUD 5,000 per year in research support funding for approved project-related expenses, including software, consumables, fieldwork, minor equipment, and conference participation.

Doctoral research at Curtin involves:
