On 26th September 2019, our students visited the unique group, free zone, Sharjah. Unique Group leads the way in providing engineering expertise, rental equipment, and the latest technology for the marine, diving & pipeline.
Representatives who welcomed our students had taken them through their marine-based machinery. Furthermore, they highlighted the importance of technology in the marine industry and mentioned similar technology being used in other industries. Students were curious about the similarities in the aviation, marine & aerospace industry.
The Safety Manager also explained the priority of safety & hazard management in such a huge industry. They guided our students about the evacuation process & advised some guidelines.
During the visit, the representatives briefly explained the process of fixing underground pipelines as well as presented some of the iconic projects they worked on, including the pipelines & chiller system in Dubai Mall.
