Ten high school students from Ambassador School began their summer vacation with a two-week internship at Curtin University Dubai. Students from grades 11 and 12 interned with the various departments exercising skills in research, presentation and reporting.

Interning at the Curtin Dubai Student Experience office, Anoushka Das, a grade 12 student from Ambassador School said, “I got to learn everything about how a University functions. The staff are very approachable. While assisting the Student Experience officer, I learnt how to organise events on a large scale and how to coordinate with different departments while planning an event.”

“Working with professionals in the Careers Centre, I learnt about the process of interviewing and obtaining gainful employment as interns. I was guided on how to use MS Excel effectively for research and tabulating lengthy reports.” said Nehar Bhasin, a 12th grader at Ambassador School.
