The University has moved to a work from home model from the 24th of March, 2020. While restrictions have been lifted, we will continue to work from home till further notice.

I'm feeling anxious and low. Not sure what to do.

Counseling services are available for students and staff for their mental health and wellbeing.

These sessions are held with the utmost level of confidence. You may book an appointment by emailing [email protected].

If you just want to have a chat or meet your co-workers socially, People & Culture hosts weekly sessions.

What if I have COVID-like symptoms or contract the virus?

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you are advised to visit a test centre as soon as possible, and self-quarantine till your receive your results.

Should you test positive, you have the option to continue working, or take rest if you need a few days off. You are obligated to inform People & Culture regardless; please be rest assured that your privacy will be maintained during this time.
