Windows Login Account

All new students can log in to campus computers, including those in the computer labs and library, using their Curtin Student Number

Initial Login Credentials

• Username: Your Curtin Student Number
• Password: Your Curtin Student Number

During your first login, you will be prompted to change your password.
This password change is mandatory and must be completed to proceed.

Password Policy

Your new password must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 8 characters
• Include at least three of the following:
  • Uppercase letters (A–Z)
  • Lowercase letters (a–z)
  • Numbers (0–9)
  • Special characters (e.g., !, $, #, %)

Passwords expire every 180 days, and advance notifications will be prompted on the computer. Please update your password before it expires to avoid any disruption in access.
