The event began with an interactive session on ‘Glass ceiling – Cracked but not shattered yet!’ by Dr Nidhi Sehgal. Followed by a panel discussion on ‘Wisdom and perspectives of resilience through the life journey of women in different stages of life’. Wrapping up with a light and humorous workshop on ‘Assertive Communication’ led by Maria Vitoratos. We also had the pleasure of hosting a 9 year old girl in the panel, who is a coder, along with her equally talented 7 year old sister.

Yugo Girl! Powered by Yugo Dubailand has been our biggest WoW edition to date. It started with a ’Designing
boundaries to thrive at work and home’ workshop by Ms Maria Vitoratos. Moving on to a panel on ‘How mental health contributes to career progression‘, and ending with a second panel on ‘Unconventional career opportunity creators‘.
