All enrolled students of Curtin Dubai are required to complete and submit this Regulatory Student Data Submission Form, together with a clear and valid copy of their Emirates ID, within the first week of enrolment.

Submission of this information is a mandatory regulatory requirement of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). The information and supporting documents submitted will be used to register the student on the applicable Ministry and regulatory systems and to maintain the University’s statutory student records.

Students must ensure that all information provided is complete, accurate and consistent with their official identification documents.

On the final page, you will be required to:

1. Upload a clear and valid copy of your Emirates ID.
2. Download the Regulatory Student Data Submission and Registration Form.
3. Complete all required fields and sign the form.
4. Save the completed and signed form using your Student ID number as the filename.
5. Upload the completed and signed form using the link provided.
6. Submit the application.

Failure to submit complete and accurate information and documentation within the specified timeframe will result in a sanction being placed on your Curtin student account and may prevent or delay your registration on the Ministry’s system. The sanction will remain in place until all regulatory requirements have been completed and the submitted information has been verified.
