The Australian Government and designated authorities where required for compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (Cth) and its associated legislation.

The University’s preferred Overseas Student Health Cover provider for the purposes of setting up an insurance policy.

Curtin overseas representatives for the purposes of assisting me with my application.

Qualsearch for the purposes of verifying my qualifications, where I am applying for a postgraduate course.

4. I have the right to access and amend personal information about me held by the University, subject to legislation, by contacting the Freedom of Information Coordinator at [email protected]
5. I understand that if I do not complete all the questions of this form, it may not be possible for the University to process my application.
6. I authorise Curtin University Dubai to obtain further academic information or official student records from any educational institution or recognised educational qualifications assessment body necessary and/or, where my work experience is relevant, to verify my employment history for the purpose of making an informed decision about my application.
7. I acknowledge that Curtin University Dubai reserves the right to vary or reverse any decision regarding admission made on the basis of incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information.
