What the different degree types mean

A foundation degree is for those who wish to prepare themselves for a direct entry into the undergraduate program of their choice at the university.

An undergraduate degree is for those who have never graduated from university before. The undergraduate bachelor degree is the base university qualification.

A postgraduate degree is for those who already have a bachelor degree, or occasionally for those who have significant work experience in that area.
