Based in Western Australia, Curtin also has campuses in Malaysia and Singapore.
The suburb of Bentley, located about six kilometres south-east of central Perth, is home to Curtin’s main campus. In close proximity to everything Perth has to offer, it boasts 116 hectares of bold architecture nestled amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. With thousands of students filling the campus grounds every day of semester, there’s a real vibrancy to the place. Over the past decade the campus has undergone some major changes, with a variety of stunning modern buildings now interspersed with the original 1960s architecture. Bentley campus offers the majority of Curtin courses.

Malaysia campus, Malaysia
In 1999, the Sarawak State Government invited Curtin to establish a university in Miri, Sarawak on the north west coast of East Malaysia. This campus was the first foreign university campus to be set up on the island of Borneo; a reflection of our reputation for excellence in South-East Asia.
Miri boasts modern infrastructure, excellent hotels and restaurants, comprehensive local and international banking facilities, multi-storey shopping malls as well as traditional stores and simpler craft and produce markets selling local specialties. Originally an oil town, Miri is now more renowned for its natural attractions and is becoming increasingly popular as an adventure/ecotourism destination. Miri enjoys warm equatorial weather with plenty of sunshine all year round.
Every aspect of our Sarawak academic programs, including course materials and examinations, is identical to the courses offered in Perth.
